Unlike other floor coverings, Flotex combines the ability of regular carpet to trap and keep harmful allergens out of the atmosphere with the ability of a smooth floor surface to make their removal more effective.
Flotex features a unique, upright and straight flocked pile - a result of its Electrostatic Flocking manufacturing process, which is highly effective in trapping microscopic allergens. And because the allergens are held in the floor covering, vacuuming removes much more of the harmful dust mites and their droppings. Smooth flooring releases allergens into the air.
The effect is a significant reduction in dust mites and the removal of their harmful allergens.
